Job Position: Resort Activities Attendant and Hospitality
Location: Hilton Head, SC 29928
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Shift: Mon - Sun 8am to 5pm Must be willing to work weekends!
Coastal Employment is excited to partner with a premier resort client to fill an immediate opening for a Resort Activities Administrative Assistant. Step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll help create memorable guest experiences while supporting daily recreation and leisure operations across the resort.
Welcome guests at the pool and recreation areas while ensuring proper check-in procedures
Manage and distribute towels, including laundering, folding, and restocking
Maintain pool deck organization (chairs, umbrellas, cleanliness, safety checks)
Lead and assist with fun, interactive activities for all ages (games, contests, crafts, and more)
Present daily guest experiences like the “Turtle Talk” and assist with feeding lagoon turtles
Support Kids Camp and Kids Night Out programs, including crafts, games, and supervised activities
Assist with movie nights, popcorn service, and recreational rentals (bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas)
Process retail and rental transactions through the POS system
Monitor pool and fitness areas for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance needs
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day
Basic math and cash handling experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 25+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation required
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
