Position: Guest Services Representative
Campus: Must be able to alternate between both hospitals in Savannah
Length of Assignment: Approximately 3 months Possible temp to hire
Quantity: 4 Schedule/Rate: 1 – 7:00 am – 3:00 pm @ $16 1 – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm @ $16 2 – 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm @ $18
Special Requirements: Will have a permanent shift but must be able to cover all shifts (7am-3pm, 9am-5pm and 3pm-11pm in the event of call ins, PTO coverage, etc.). Training will be 9am-5pm for approximately one month. Must be able to work any 7 days of the week. Weekend schedules will rotate. Must be willing to work rotating holidays.
Dress code: Business casual no jeans
Requirements: Answering inbound and outbound calls, directing to the appropriate designation. Monitor and address emergency codes, i.e. medical codes, fire, safety alerts and security calls. Page/call medical and clinical team for on call emergencies. Overhead page for codes and announcements. Need to have excellent customer service skills with a positive tone.
