Shift: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a (All shifts available - PRN)
Description: Assisted Living is a premier senior care facility located in Savannah, GA, dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the team and help us continue to provide the best care possible.
Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the Assisted Living, you will be an essential part of our team, working directly with our residents to ensure their daily needs are met. You will provide personal care assistance and support in a compassionate and professional manner, while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. All shifts are available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents to ensure comfort and safety.
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
Assist with medication reminders and management as directed by licensed nursing staff.
Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents, including assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
Foster a positive, supportive, and respectful relationship with all residents, families, and staff.
Comply with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.
Previous experience in a similar setting (assisted living, long-term care, etc.) is a plus but not required.
Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
